Roxanne

Roxanne Warren is Managing Director, Supplier Networks at BlueForge Alliance (BFA), a 501c3 established to integrate and execute U.S. Navy efforts that strengthen and sustain the submarine industrial base (SIB) and the broader maritime manufacturing sector. Leveraging her 35+ years combined operations leadership, new product introduction, and program management experience across the additive and conventional manufacturing segments for defense, space, commercial aerospace, oil & gas industries, she and the BFA team are driven to help ensure submarine industrial base has the capability, capacity, and resilience to build and maintain the Nation’s critical undersea presence.

Prior to joining BFA Roxanne served as Director, Operations and Program / Project Management for Morf3D, Director, Industry Partnerships for Link3D (acquired by Materialise), Director, Rapid Development Centers for Norsk Titanium and Plant and Operations Manager for Arconic’s production additive manufacturing facility.

Additional accomplishments include leading the Titanium Aluminides (TiAl) program for the Snecma Leap Engine, and the BP Macondo Free-Standing Riser program supporting 1st oil delivery during the Deepwater Horizon recovery efforts. Her IT Program Management endeavors include software development programs for the additive manufacturing industry, trading floors and ERP systems.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and serves in a volunteer capacity on TAMU’s Material Sciences Advisory Board, Additive Manufacturing Users Group’s (AMUG) Committees, Women in Titanium, Women in 3D Printing, and additive manufacturing industry advisory boards.
