Russ has worked at Boeing St. Louis for 40 years. Russ has worked on most St. Louis aircraft and weapons programs including F-15, F/A-18 Harpoon/SLAM ER, C-17, SDB, JDAM, MOP, HAAWC and others. Russ has also worked metals production fabrication, engineering laboratories and metals R&D. Russ is currently the Lead M&P engineer on Weapons Systems Programs. Russ has been involved with additive manufacturing for 20 years starting with the C-17 program and is currently the a lead in metals additive manufacturing production integration for Boeing Defense Systems in St. Louis. Russ has worked with most metals additive manufacturing process, primarily with titanium, steel and aluminum alloys.
